What is a Dollfie Dream?

Dollfie Dreams (DDs) are vinyl anime style dolls made by Volks. They come in seven different sizes: MDD, MDD mochi ashi, MDD asexual, DDP, DDS, DD, DDdy. Read more about them here!

What comes with my Dollfie Dream choice?

Your Dollfie Dream Choice comes with a doll made from your choices (you can choose the body, skin colour, head type, makeup), a wig of your choice, eyes of your choice, and a white slip dress for girls or a t-shirt shorts set for boys.

Is shipping included?

Shipping is not included in the prices listed. I will contact you after I have purchased your doll to give you a shipping quote.

When do I send payment?

I will collect payment when I am ready to take your order. You can see my queue here.

Do I have to pay in USD?

I only accept payment in yen.

I like to be honest about how much I pay for your items, and a lot of unscrupulous sellers will charge USD so you end up paying more than you should! If you don't know how much something will be in your country's currency, don't worry! PayPal will automatically convert your payment into yen for you.

Do you accept layaway?

At this time I do not accept layaway. However, these dolls are available all year round so they don't sell out so there’s no rush! Although some things like skin tones are limited to the season.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Sorry, I do not accept refunds of any kind. It is possible to change the details of your order (body, head, wigs etc.) if you contact me before I have made an appointment.

Can you mark items down for customs?

Yes, I can! Please note that if something goes missing or is broken, I can only claim up to the amount that was written on the package.

Do I have to pay customs?

I am not responsible for any customs you might have to pay in your country. Please check your country’s guidelines before I send your doll out.

How long do you hold items?

My maximum holding time for items is three months for flat items, and three weeks for larger things, like dolls, bodies etc. After the time frame has passed, you will have to pay a 2000 yen per week fee, and after two weeks I will dispose of your items (I live in a 5sqm room. It's just not possible for me to keep things for a long time).
