Service Policies
I started my Dream Choice Order service with only one real purpose. Giving doll owners abroad a chance to pick up their dream doll when travelling to Japan isn't possible. I always want to give my customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. I've been truly blessed by all the people who have let me help them with orders!

Terms & Conditions
I don't charge any fees for consolidation, photos etc. The price you pay per item is the final price.
I do not accept items sent to my address. If you send something to my address without informing me I will dispose of it or sell it. If you have a previous order with me, I will accept items sent to me at a 2000 yen fee per box, and you MUST tell me what the item is and when to expect it.
My maximum holding time for items is three months for flat items, and three weeks for larger things, like dolls, bodies etc. After the time frame has passed, you will have to pay a 2000 yen per week fee, and after two weeks I will dispose of your items (I live in a 5sqm room. It's just not possible for me to keep things for a long time).
